,City Council and Children & Young People's
Trust in combatting bullying against young
LGBT people.
The
LGBT Anti-Bullying Working Group has produced
an action
plan,
and is supporting the launch of a new LGBT
anti-bullying resource for schools
and young people's services to
coincide
with
Anti-Bullying Week in November 2007.
In September 2007 the Government's Department
for Children, Schools & Families published new
guidance for
tackling homophobic bullying.
